Our next meeting is a talk by Aruna Mene on ‘Rags to Riches’ on Monday 13th May 2024 at 19:30. It is a joint meeting with Icknield Quilters, at our usual meeting place, the Welwyn Civic Centre. Visitors are welcome (there is a fee of £5).
Above are examples of the bags and quilts we made yesterday during our Sewing Day for Charity. They included Catheter and Cyringe Driver bags for our local hospice, Morsbags and Beads of Courage bags. The quilts will go to Project Linus UK, Mummy’s Star and Quilts for Careleavers.
