We’re all looking forward to a far more active and social time ahead. So, with this in mind we have booked two weekends away for a quilting retreat. Ah - the bliss of a whole weekend of non-interrupted sewing with all your meals prepared for you, chatting and socialising with friends, new and old!

The retreat took place at High Leigh Conference Centre, Lord Street, Hoddesdon, EN11 8SG from Friday 10th February to Sunday 12th February 2023. Below photos of some of the projects.
Mimram Quilters Retreat at High Leigh (10th - 12th February 2023)
The retreat will take place at High Leigh Conference Centre, Lord Street, Hoddesdon, EN11 8SG from 15:00 Friday 10th February to 16:00 Sunday 12th February 2023. The total cost is £188 for an all-inclusive stay with single occupancy, en-suite bedrooms. (No TV in bedrooms!). Non-refundable deposit of £38. (If you cannot attend and we find someone to take your place then your deposit will be refunded.) A second instalment of £70 is due in July 2022 with the final balance of £80 due by 1st December 2022. We have 15 places and it’s first come first served.

The retreat took place at Denham Grove from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, 14 to 16 October to 16:00 Sunday 16 October 2022. We had a good time including some Casualty like drama involving a sewing machine…. Below photos of some of the projects.
